  • Central Processing Facilities (CPF)
  • Central Tank Batteries (CTB)
  • Gas Compression Stations (GCS)
  • Salt Water Disposal (SWD) facilities
  • Produced Water (PW) booster and transfer pump stations
  • Wellpad production facilities (metering skids, manifolds, and flowlines)
  • Metering and custody transfer stations for gas and liquid systems
  • Pig launcher and receiver facilities
  • Flare Gas Recovery Units (FGRU)
  • Gas-fired power generation systems
  • Permanent and temporary frac pond piping systems
  • Tank terminals and storage facilities
  • Refineries and Petrochemical plants

Transmission & Transfer Pipelines:

  • Natural gas transmission pipelines
  • Crude oil transmission pipelines
  • Produced Water (PW) transfer pipelines
  • Multi-phase pipeline systems
  • Valve stations
  • Pipeline tie-ins and interconnects
  • Gathering systems between wells, facilities, and disposal networks

Technical Focus

Our engineering approach is grounded in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as recognized industry codes and standards. We leverage advanced engineering software and digital workflows to deliver accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready deliverables, ensuring alignment between design intent, procurement requirements, and field execution.

  • ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 Design: Code-compliant design for process piping and pipeline systems, including allowable stress checks, wall thickness calculations, corrosion allowance, pressure/temperature ratings, and hydrotest considerations. Experience aligning design with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Pipe Stress Analysis (CAESAR II): Flexibility and stress evaluation under sustained, thermal, occasional, and seismic loads. Nozzle load checks, support optimization, and mitigation of vibration and fatigue risks to ensure mechanical integrity and operability.
  • 3D Modeling (AutoCAD Plant 3D): Development of intelligent 3D models for piping systems, equipment layouts, and routing. Clash detection, isometric extraction, and generation of coordinated deliverables aligned with construction sequencing.
  • Hydraulic Analysis (AFT Fathom): Development of steady-state hydraulic models for pipeline and facility piping systems to evaluate flow distribution, pressure losses, pump performance, control valve operation, and system hydraulics. Supports new facility design, brownfield modifications, equipment selection, and operational optimization.
  • Material Take-Offs (MTO/BOM): Accurate quantity take-offs from models and drawings to support procurement, cost estimation, and construction planning. Alignment with specifications, tagging, and material traceability.
  • Field & Construction Support: Engineering support during construction, including RFIs, field changes, as-built updates, and troubleshooting. Focus on constructability, installation sequencing, and resolving site-driven issues efficiently.

Our Role in Your Project

We integrate as an extension of your engineering team, providing specialized pipeline and facility engineering while working seamlessly with process, civil/structural, and E&I disciplines. Our role is to strengthen project execution through practical engineering, project coordination, procurement support, and equipment specifications aligned with real-world project constraints.

From early design through construction, we help bridge gaps between engineering, procurement, and field execution—reducing rework, improving coordination, and enabling efficient project delivery.
