  • Gas-fired power generation systems
  • Gas Compression Stations (GCS)
  • Metering stations for gases and liquids
  • Well pad flowlines (oil and gas)
  • Salt Water Disposal facilities (SWD)
  • Central Tank Batteries (CTB)
  • Frac pond permanent & temporary – piping
  • Oil & gas gathering pipelines
  • Produced Water (PW) pipelines
  • PW booster pump stations
  • Refinery & Petrochemical utility systems
  • LNG facility utility systems
  • Tank farms & storage terminals

Data Center Infrastructure

We deliver engineering solutions for data center infrastructure, supporting high-density computing environments through reliable piping system design, key capabilities:

  • Liquid cooling piping system design for direct-to-chip and immersion cooling applications
  • Thermal management piping layout and routing for efficient heat removal and system integration

Industrial Infrastructure

We bring solutions in process and utility piping engineering for manufacturing and plant facilities:

  • Utility piping systems (water, steam, air, and gases)
  • Fire protection piping systems (water supply, automatic fire sprinkler, ESFR, in-rack sprinkler, foam based)
  • Equipment interconnections and tie-ins (cooling water system)

Technical Focus

Our engineering approach is grounded in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as recognized industry codes and standards. We leverage advanced engineering software and digital workflows to deliver accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready deliverables, ensuring alignment between design intent, procurement requirements, and field execution.

  • ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 Design: Code-compliant design for process piping and pipeline systems, including allowable stress checks, wall thickness calculations, corrosion allowance, pressure/temperature ratings, and hydrotest considerations. Experience aligning design with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Pipe Stress Analysis (CAESAR II): Flexibility and stress evaluation under sustained, thermal, occasional, and seismic loads. Nozzle load checks, support optimization, and mitigation of vibration and fatigue risks to ensure mechanical integrity and operability.
  • 3D Modeling (AutoCAD Plant 3D): Development of intelligent 3D models for piping systems, equipment layouts, and routing. Clash detection, isometric extraction, and generation of coordinated deliverables aligned with construction sequencing.
  • Material Take-Offs (MTO/BOM): Accurate quantity take-offs from models and drawings to support procurement, cost estimation, and construction planning. Alignment with specifications, tagging, and material traceability.
  • Field & Construction Support: Engineering support during construction, including RFIs, field changes, as-built updates, and troubleshooting. Focus on constructability, installation sequencing, and resolving site-driven issues efficiently.

Our Role in Your Project

We integrate as an extension of your engineering team, supporting EPC companies, asset operators, and infrastructure developers with focused pipeline and piping expertise. Our role is to strengthen your execution capacity by delivering engineering, project coordination, procurement support, and equipment specifications that are aligned with real project constraints.

From early design through construction, we help bridge gaps between engineering, procurement, and field execution—reducing rework, improving coordination, and enabling efficient project delivery.
